Our final series of classes are underway before we go to Europe.  The inbox has crept back up over 2000 - time for some surgery.  The office has returned to a state of disarray, and today I'll be working on restoring some of that.  The lawn needs mowing - missed brush pickup this year.  I need to schedule a dermatology appointment - or maybe do that in Argentina?!

Today we have our first of the remaining Mercury classes. I have most all the hardware changes in place.  Here is a test of the Paypal button for an arbitrary purchase of the 2-CD set:

2:00pm

It has been very difficult to get in some practice every day.  But general results are promising anyway - I have started to clean the office, I cleaned the garage, I organized my music - but mostly, especially Valentine's Day the 14th, I've been just working like a dog.  Yesterday I vegged out almost all day with Galactic Civilizations, while the weather turned nightmarish. But Wednesday night we had a great El Motivo Norte practica (Darrell, Sue, Mark, Carolyn, Brad, with Betina missing because of the snow) followed by a looooong talk with Mark about relationships, Tango as Spiritual Path, Tango as Life Practice, working with Integral Institute (or not), etc.

I used the ILP Out-of-Box CD yesterday.  I guess I'll have that as my minimum practice from now on.  But the work is for me just establishing the practice of doing something everyday across all changing circumstances.  It's clear that, as tied in as I am to Deb's rhythms, I need to do this by myself for myself initially, in the first hours of awakening.

I've found the 3-2-1 Shadow process and the Causal Body workout the most directly useful components of the Kit in my daily practice so far on a "cultivated impulse" basis.  Cognitively, the Big Mind process has been a great thing to reflect on, especially with such a beautiful example of the "multi-selves dialog" as Diane and Paul supplied to all us I-I folks yesterday on INaked.

The dedication-to-practice injunction I got from Shawn Phillips has been very useful at the start of all our tango classes, and some have mentioned how much they appreciated it.

For the Physical Body, yesterday I got in 25 minutes of soft running for an aerobics workout.  Deb joined me (!!!) and enjoyed it (!!!!!).  This bears out the old triathlon observation: the best way to encourage a significant other to practice is to do it yourself without attempts at persuasion.

I stopped listening to Diane Hamilton's chat with Paul Salamone about his work with the Muse, and found it so compelling that I had to stop and finally start this.  Paul, thanks for getting me off my ass. Diane, thanks for your beautiful self and for the light your work brings into the lives of so many.

I received the kit last Saturday, and have been busy ever since with reformatting it in 3-ring style and browsing the contents.
